    Highvale Outskirts. I went to the hunter to turn in some special animal hides, and my pet killed the Frost Kobald. Talking to the Hunter gave me a new Unwearable Plate Helm of Courage, even though I'd completed that quest. For grins I went after the copper golem, and received a new enchanted copper ore. However the smith won't repair it.

    Blocker? Doesn't seem to check for quest completion until the smith step?
