Player Guide, Event and Known Issues Books have garbage text & can't turn pages w/keyboard

    1. Title: Events, Player Guide and Known Issues books are blank. Also for player written books that have more than one typed page, I can't turn the pages with my keyboard keys like I could before.

    2. Reproduction Rate: So far 100%

    3. Blocker? No

    4. Details: The above mentioned books have a line of garbage on the first page and nothing else. Player written books have text but I used to be able to turn the pages with the arrow keys on my keyboard. I can no longer do that.

    5. Steps to Reproduce: Open the books.

    6. User Specs: PC running Windows 7 Pro, 64 bit OS. Game version 407

    Bug entered. I'm looking into the text missing/garbled part of this. Not sure if the keyboard issue is related at this point.
