Player Own Towned information from map missing info

    It used to be you could see a lot of information about what is in a player owned town. There seems to be something interfering with that now so you only see some of the information about a player owned town. For example, if I go to the entrance point for the Jade Valley POT, it will tell me there are some number of Player Vendors and devotionals in the town, but it no longer tells me the types of NPC merchants nor that there is an Oracle in the town. Other towns show other sets of information, but I can no longer see the full set of information for a given POT.

    @Serafina this is a major regression vs R54.
