Player Owned Town - Cannot place NPC Guard (root cause found and provide update)

    Just would like to provide update on the issue reported below.

    Root cause is found and alternative is found. The NPC guard cannot be placed due to they are counted as "light object" as my external light object limit is reached (60/60).

    After I remove 1 light from my town the NPC guard could be placed. And then I can put the light object back without problem.
