Player Vendor - Cannot see full item name, cannot resize window

    Title: Player Vendor - Cannot see full item name, cannot resize window

    Details: When managing a Player Vendor, when on the Manage Inventory tab, the item name on the left side is too narrow to see the full text foe "The Ring of an Unknown BMC Member, <rarity>". All you can see is ""The Ring of an Unknown BMC Member,". You cannot tell which ring you are selling without hovering over the item. And the selling price between an Uncommon and a Legendary ring is significant.
    Consider widening the window or make it re-sizable horizontally to allow more room?
