Player written book titles now read "Book written by"

    Title: Player written book titles now read "Book written by"
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: Player written book titles now display "Book written by" regardless of whether they were created pre or post patch 374.
    Steps to Reproduce: Write a book ingame.
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit

    This was a known issue that we had reported yesterday and should be resolved in short order (if it hasn't been already). We had observed that custom books/letters in scenes wouldn't fully load their text unless a significant amount of time hovering over the object with the cursor had occurred.

    After I hover my pointer over a book the title is still incorrect, below is an example, the title should read "Umbra Pugno Holdfast A History" however it reads "Book written by Gnick Gnack"
