For now, just press the middle button to fix the withdrawal.

Mmmm.... I don't have a "middle" button or a "wheel", I use a "Trackball", so....

    Same here.

Although, you should be able to move with L/R now if you turn on the auto attack btw.

What I don't like right now is that I can no longer disable the swing on the left click during combat mode. If I disable the free attack, it would just be auto attack swing.

Not the end of the world, but I prefer to use two toggles we had before. Maybe it's too complicated for other players?

I know -- and sometimes my Avatar looks nothing short of stupid as he swings wildly at nothing.

@SmokerKGB, I don't have a trackball, so I'm not sure I can be much help. However, if I did, and wanted to play comfortably, I would consider another one that does have a few programmable buttons to be able to map Z + T. I just took a quick look and found some that could be suitable (ie, ball + a few buttons to map) for under $25. That said, movement and combat have been changing frequently, so you'd have to decide if it's worth it.

To support my preferred play style for movement and combat, I can't use that configuration AND Free Attack (due to lack of Charge Weapon being mapped to a key), which makes me feel at a disadvantage to those who prefer to use the keyboard to move. If I could map a Charge Weapon key to another side mouse button, I could still use it sometimes. But to do that, I assume they'd have to disconnect it from the LMB and have everyone charge their weapon with a different key, and I don't know how keyboard-walkers would feel about that.

Trackball or no, unless your device is from the 90s, you should still have at least 3 buttons. Some even have a scroll wheel.

I hope you find a suitable alternative.

Mmmm... are you sure about that? I have a Kensington Optical Trackball and pretty sure it's not from the 90s (but it's pretty old), I just replaced it with an identical unit... There ain't no 3 buttons that I can see... But there is some software I can dl for "functions", I'll try that... I would like a "scroll wheel" for zooming...

Oh yeah, the 2008 model. Yeah... that one has 2 buttons. The 2010 model has a scroll ring.

Most trackball mice I've seen look like this:

Yep, Kensington is a bit different, I've tried the "side ball" models, but my thumbs have arthritic so it puts too much strain on them, plus the ball is really small on Logitech... Mine looks like this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826125019 all I use my thumb for is to click, so painless...
