Please Add Practice Dummy Recipe for R29 Crafting

    Title pretty much says it all, if you could add a crafting recipe for this in R29, that would be great.
    This is the item that I'm referring to, so there's no mistake:

    Which is near -321, 10, 145 in Solania Catacombs, today.

    Gustballs don't work for verification parsing, as they show no damage numbers. I mean, unless you want to change Gustballs so they show damage numbers, that would be fine too... :)

    As far as the recipe components, something like maybe a triangle shield + log + bucket helm?
    And this is entirely an optional request, as the Practice Dummy is already in the game, and works fine in this one location. I'm happy to slaughter elves while I do verification parses, it would just be a bit more convenient to have it in my basement.
