Each and every monthly RELEASE has (thankfully) a long listing of "Notes" regarding changes that the RELEASE contains.
However, every RELEASE's announcement on the SotA web site (not the Forum web site), shows "Patch Notes" - which are not PATCHES, but rather the changes/additions to SotA that the RELEASE brings.

    Example:
Below shows a typical RELEASE announcement that appears on the SotA site's main page - as shown under "UPDATES". A RELEASE is not a PATCH .
Beside it (on the right) is shown what should be called "Build Patch Notes", since these "notes" are changes to the current release....

This would make RELEASE vs PATCH more specific and less confusing....... IMO, of course... :)
