Please fix the tooltip placement logic

    ...so it doesn't obscure what your mouse is pointing at...

    Yes I know you can turn them off, but the logic as it stands makes placing a bag in the bottom right of the screen virtually unusable if you don't. Its not rocket science to change the logic so when this happens the window anchors from the bottom right corner and draws up and left ;)

    Agreed! Also, my tooltips often spawn outside the screen (especially the skill tracking ones), is that a bug?

    Yeah I get that too - just out of curiosity what is your screen resolution? The off the screen thing seems to happen more on my larger screen PC

    this started when @DavidDC made tooltips stop updating themselves many times a second, which was a performance cost for no good gain. ...but now they don't update at ALL, so a workaround is to pop it up and then wiggle your mouse a pixel so it forces an update, and it'll draw within the screen bounds.
