Pledge Counts?

    Edelmann is definitely not 'Citizen 2', any more than Knight is 'Citizen 3'. I'm not sure where that idea might have even come from? The many differences are clearly there to easily see.
    Although it does not really matter, if some players think of it that way, in their own mind.
    But the very important thing is that Edelmann level pledges get a time-window, for lot selection, prior to Citizen level pledges.
    That is the main reason I upgraded to Edelmann - to be ahead of all those Citizen-level lot claimants. ;)

    Does anyone have a clue as to how long each time-window will be?

    No one is saying they should be lumped in with Citizen for lot selection purposes. I absolutely agree that Edelmann should get their own window. In fact, I upgraded to Edelmann for the same reason you did, and I predict many KS Citizens did as well (it's only an extra 10%). But Edelmann is a post-KS pledge tier, so I had no baseline data to extrapolate the current numbers. I had to merge them with something and Citizen seemed a closer match than Knight.

    OK, here are my guesses for the pledge counts


    Citizen/Edelmann: 550 - 750
    Knight : 300 - 400
    Lord : 100 - 140
    Baron 1, 2, 3: 50 - 75
    Duke: 10 - 20
    Lord of the Manor: 15 - 25

    I think the best we can hope for is that Portalarium will summarize numbers post-launch.
    Because of payment plans, I don't think they can easily determine how many pledges exist at each level.

    I just want to say that I'm happy the devs have continued to be very transparent and open about A LOT of things (including these pledge counts). Better late than never.
