Plot-Markers for Rent

Looking for Tenants:
As of Post-Wipe, (Rel.# 32), there will be Plot-Markers available
on my Pot for in game Rent.

Name: Straits of Delirium
Size: Metropolis (83,400 m sq.)
Biome: Island-01
Location: "Nested" in the (Prt) located in Owl's Wash on the Hidden Vale Map.

Please Note: All Avatar's will be responsible for placing their own Deeds on the
Lot Markers provided to you on the Owner's Pot.

Row-Plot-Markers:
100g per week per marker.

Village-Plot-Markers:
200g per week per marker.

Town-Plot-Markers:
300g per week per marker.

If interested, please PM me to apply for your own personal plot-marker(s) to be
rented out on a weekly basis.

 

Uh what town are these in? And I hope you mean Lots for rent.

Are you reaching out on behalf of a particular POT or renting POT markers to other POT owners who have their own POT markers?

 

OP needs to make it clear that in order to place a POT marker you have to own a POT.

I'm saying that potential customers that might buy your extra POT markers need to know that if they don't have a POT they can't use them anywhere else. The POT markers are useless to anyone that doesn't have the ability to place them somewhere.

I also own a POT, and if someone comes to my POT with a bunch of POT markers they can't just start putting them down in my POT.

 

Sorry, I own my own Pot and are renting out plot-markers, whereby the Avatar is responsible for placing their own Deed.

 

So renting lots in your POT. You place the marker to make that possible, yes?

 

Basically you are renting out space in your POT.

You will place the Lot Marker where the player wants in your town.

What is your towns name, where is it, what type of POT is it, what size . . . .

Are you setting up crafting areas?

There is so much to ask.

But you first need to tell players where your town is and what type before they might even consider it?

Why (in your opinion) would someone want a lot in your POT as opposed to any other POT ?
Please don't misunderstand my question. I'm not trying to be antagonistic, just trying to get you to SELL me on your POT ....

 

In concept, we are asking basic marketing questions. @TheMaddHungarian - you have given us rates for rent, but a little more basic information will generate more interest for your POT, such as answering:

What name is the POT?
Where the POT is?
Are you looking for fellow Mad Hungarians to join your POT for your community?

Answers to these questions probably then need to be edited into the first post of this thread.

Counter to that, you may have a community already set up and those members were just looking for your rates once you were ready to post about them.

 

I don't know ... I just guess since there are 300+ Pot Owners out there that I'm just one of those Owner's that want to rent "Lots"
in exchange for in game gold on a weekly basis.
