poison on weapons is not working with offhand attack, but works with body slam...

    Details: poison on weapons is not working with offhand attack
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. equip 2x one handed weapons
    2. apply poison to weapons and notice both weapons glow green with poison...
    3. use offhand attack on a target, and notice it doesnt apply poison
    4. use body slam on a target, and notice that it does apply poison....
    5. proceed to scratch head
