Poison Weapon and Wands

    Can the Poison Weapon skill (Subterfuge) be used if you're dual wielding wands?

    If so, thoughts on whether it would be worth it?

    Asking this for a Mage friend that just started so it may be a totally stupid question, not even absolutely sure wands are considered a melee weapon.

    Watching him play so far, it seems like DoT skills are kind of a waste because he's blasting stuff pretty fast.
