Polearm 10% damage reduction -- Are we Sure its only 10% ?

Me and few others release noticed the difference and wondering if its really just 10% or is the math maybe off a bit ?

if its not then perhaps this is too much and set it back to a 5% damage reduction instead of a 10% reduction.

 

Tested deeply, to be honest the reduction is very inconsistent i can still get 1k+ crits in pvp and pve with stacked puncture and skewer even without specialization.
(I'm level 105 with no skills over GM).

 

My character is at level 89 ( unbuffed ) .. its a noticeable difference for me anyways.. perhaps its the other skill's levels in the tree that make it inconsistent. To be honest for me its a bit of a shock.

I was fighting the mages in the mage room in the Rise, ( perhaps then they made the rise slightly more difficult ? )

 

hmm. I just patched it and oddly enough its seem a bit better now...!! I see a reduction but not like before. seems more like the 10% .. My Imagination ?

 

It seems to be a bit tougher to me also.
They hit harder and kill my water elm twice as fast...
Yes there is a glitch in the Matrix

 

I'm ranged, and the Mages in the Rise seemed a little bit tougher to me as well (ADV level 100, 109 with buffs).
