Poorly constructed "tip" sentence

On the loading screen, this sentence sometimes appears:

"Chaos magic is both the most difficult to learn but also the most difficult to resist!"

Now, perhaps one is trying to make utter chaos out of the English language, but I'm guessing that was not the intent.

This would more properly read:
"Chaos magic is both the most difficult to learn and the most difficult to resist!"

Or even better:

"Chaos magic is the most difficult to learn and the most difficult to resist!"
