Possible quest help

Spoilers.


Was doing a quest from araes (sp?) which lead me to get a key from a hermit elf in the swamps. I noticed he has some bank robbing plans on his desk. Says private property. Wondering if I should take it? Or will it just let me read it? Don't want a guard to spawn in on me and take my gold, so thought I'd ask before I mess with the plans. Thanks.

 

If you are doing that quest that starts in Aerie, one of the steps of the quest leads you to that guy. Speak to him?

I don't believe the key is marked private property?

 

Taking Anything marked private property will result with some virtue loss. I don't remember which virtue it is though.

 

Also you do not need those plans, but you CAN read them. The only item you need for the quest is the key.

 

yea, i ended up reading them. i didn't take it though.

 

You will sometimes find notes, scattered around areas. They will sometime have a little back-story of what has happened, or is happening in an area. Kind of a nice touch. Be sure to keep an eye open for them.
