POT Arx Draconis - 2 Issues

1) Title: Guardhouse is missing.

Details: When entering the town proper, the guardhouse on the right is missing. The two guards and the contents of the guardhouse are all there, including the door. Just the walls are missing.

Steps to Reproduce: Upon entering the city walls, it is noticed that there are items sitting on the ground and floating in the air. It is also noticed there is a door and 2 guards. No walls at all.

2) Title: Entering POT Arx Draconis lands one outside the city walls, on the west side at:

Area: Arx Draconis (POT_island_01_arxdraconis) Loc: (226.9, 89.1, 180.0)

Details: Coming in from the mainland or the eastern island drops you at the above coordinates. Prior to R28 we landed on the docks at the entrance gate on the North side of the city walls.

Steps to Reproduce: Log in, go to the area around Jaanaford, double click the island POT of Arx Draconis from any spot on the mainlaind, OR take the ferry boat to the eastern island, then double click the POT of Arx Draconis from there. Everytime we've tried it (multiple players), we end up outside the western wall of the city.
