POT Missing Trees

    1. Title: POT Missing Trees (rare occurrence)
    2. Reproduction Rate: Rare (twice in 60 days?).
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: On a rare occasion, a swath of trees in a POT will not be visible. I've noticed it in Falling Waters Forest and Blackrock Cove (Both Variants of the Forest 01 template). This appears to be similar to the "mysterious river" through POT's that would randomly occur when the land failed to load. In this case though - the land loads, but the trees do not.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Uncertain - randomly loading into the scene causes random occurrence.
    6. User Specs: Win-10 Pro - Intel Core i7-7800x in an Asus x299-deluxe mobo and 32MB Ram. NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 (2 cross-fired).

    Screenshot here was taken after being in town for roughly 15 minutes and shows a large quantity of natural trees missing (those in the walled fortress area are either on a player-lot, or POT lands - but a player-placed tree). The ones in the foreground are natural and correctly displaying - as are those in the distance on the right. But in and around the walled Fortress, all natural trees are not rendering (as well as those on the small island in the bay).

    This 2nd screenshot was taken after a log-out to desktop and complete reload of the scene and shows the full trees as they should be.
