POT Relocation Request for Hamberia

    POT Hamberia was moved due to the result of overland map reorganization.
    Please move the POT back to its original location which is located near by (or right on) -486.2. 18.0. 399.4 (At the end of the road).

    Hi Uncle Ben,

    This change request is on my radar now, and seems reasonable considering the changes to Novia in this area. I will get it in for R32, R33 at the very latest.
