    POT Town criers advertise accepting undelivered mail but will not open a trade window to accept.
    Tested 3 POT town criers.
    Verified Brittany Allies Town Crier accepted.
    Apples to both undelivered letters and undelivered packages.

    Steps to Reproduce:
    - Get undelivered letter or package
    - Go to POT Town
    - Talk To Crier, undelivered (letter/package)
    - No Response
