Potted plants growing SLOOOW

4. Details: I planted four plants on the deck of my cabana house around 8/15/16 and they are still growing. It took forever to get past the tiny sprout stage. They now have leaves for their respective type of plants (cotton, royal elderberry, immortality fruit). Adding extra water doesn't seem to help. I did finally grow a reward reagent plant to maturity but it took way too long.

My plant has only accepted water today after a IRL week. Looks dead to me.

 

Even though they are on a deck, it probably still counts as "in" the house. Plants in a house take forever to grow. Outside takes about 2-3 days and in a greenhouse takes 24hrs

 

I posted it as a bug since it wasn't that way before R33. Such a bummer since I like having planted pots on my deck.

 

i have a plant that has been sitting in the front of my row house now for over a week and it is no different than when I planted it. Everytime I try to water it says "It looks like it is already has water"

 

I have noticed this; my immortality fruit shows as still growing after 3 days. The planter position has a growth rate of 1.0 so I don't know what is going on.

 

Immortality fruit is going on 2weeks and it is still a sprout. I still get the message "it looks like it already has water"

Mandrake plants x 4 - have been in the pot a week. I get the same message as above.

None are actually growing

 

Same here. Plants in pots in front of my row house have never grown, seem stuck and don't need water. This is for Immortality fruit and Elderberry

 

I had this issue with the first plant I planted in a pot. That apple tree took forever to grow. The second time I used it, the cotton bush grew just fine. I'll start another plant to see what happens for a third time.

 

I asked about this during the postmortem dev chat yesterday but they had so many questions to answer, they didn't get to it. Hopefully it will be addressed. It messes up my home decor plans.

 

My Royal Elderberry and Immortality Fruit trees were planted on July 24th on my village lot and do not grow. I can't even water them because it always says the "look watered already".

I moved my pots from the deck to the small area of sand on my property in front of my cabana and they finished growing in regular time.

 

I really am thinking this is a graphical glitch. Sometimes i will be able to run up on my house and see the fully grown plants, then they instantly pop back into being a sprout. I picked the mandrakes because I did not care if I lost it. It actually gave me mandrake plant, even though it showed it being a sprout
