    Title: Power-up when running past this lamp.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: I get the blessing power-up effect when I run past this lamp in Celestis. I've seen this in other places too but it's totally reproducible here.
    Steps to Reproduce: See the video below.

    OS: Linux 4.10 Ubuntu 17.04 64bit
    CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 1700 Eight-Core Processor (16) System RAM: 32164
    GPU: GeForce GTX 1070/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 8192
    SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.Linux.64.512.Date.06.22.17
    Area: Novia_R1_City_Celestis
    Area Display Name: Celestis

    Another spot is here Area: Celestis (Novia_R1_City_Celestis) Loc: (30.3, 79.3, -87.5). From that spot, run down the stairs to the south.
