Practice Dummy Animation / Duplicate

    Title: Practice Dummy Animation / Duplicate

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? (Yes/No/Partial) No

    Details: If you shoot the practice dummy, a stationary dummy remains while an animated dummy over the top of it bounces around.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    a. Hit practice dummy
    b. Observe: Animation makes it seem like two dummies are in the same space.

    Additional Notes: Dummy is on property that character is the owner of.

    Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 520.
