Details: I placed a Practice Dummy inside my village lot home, and I can no longer target it, even after re-logging. Another player, who has permissions to move decorations, also has the same problem. When I try to target it, I end up grabbing outdoor decorations behind it (through the walls of my home).
Steps to Reproduce: Place Practice Dummy inside a house and try to move it afterwards.

Currently, practice dummies only become "active" when the lot owner is around. At that point, you should be able to target it / attack it, etc. However, in order to move it around, the owner does not need to be around, and you should always be able to right-click on it and pick it up to your inventory, then re-place it. You can't move it around by clicking and dragging.
