    Title: Practice Dummy movable in Blood River Massacre
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: When starting out as a magic user you zone into Blood River where you equip a sword from the rack and attack the practice dummy however you are given the gust spell as default and are able to gust the practice dummy throughout the zone.
    Steps to Reproduce: Gust practice dummy.
