Preben and still no Iron Boots of Courage

    Title: Preben and the Iron Boots of Courage

    Details: I still can't get these. I have tried to say "Hello" to Miscere and also "Miscere" to Preben. The quest is showing as completed. Is there another way i can get the boots. Its the last part i need to complete the set.
    Steps to Reproduce: talk to Preben or Miscere.. still no Iron Boots of Courage
