private/party areas on the map

hello why are the passes and certain caves/mines party/private only i dont really like that i would like to be able to see other people in those places like black blades pass. is there a logical or technical reason for this or is it just in there for the heck of it?

 

I believe the mines are that way to avoid competition of the resources nodes - and cranking the spawn rate up to compensate for multiple players would mean if a single player is there they could go on a mining spree ..
... however if there comes a time where spawning of monsters and nodes can be based on scene population - that might change...

..just some guesses..
