Problem with 2560 x 1440 Monitor

    I use a 2560 x 1440 monitor, and for a long time I have noticed that the cursor turns green and becomes clickable to the right of corresponding words in NPC dialogues:

    I have this same problem when starting the game in a 1920 x 1080 window and then switching to windowed fullscreen (i.e. maximize the window). It's been that way for quite a few releases for me.
