problem with CombT Bar

    The 2nd slot in my combat bar gets stuck .... I have rapid fire on it, unlocked .... and when I am fighting, I cannot move the skill to put on another, it is almost like it is , locked when it isn't.

    it would help to post a screenshot and some more info to reproduce this behaviour of yours

    It happens all the time, no matter where I am.... the 2nd slot in the combat bar freezes, and all I can do is click on it and it will work, but I cannot move it to stack it on the other RF's that pop up.... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. How to reproduce it? Just have something unlocked on the 2nd slot of the combat bar, and after using it for a lil while, it will not allow u to move that skill. It will act as though it is locked, when it isn't. Taking a screen shot won't prove anything, except maybe a video... I have no way of posting either, and I am not going to sign up for anything that will allow me too.
