Problems with Min Liang Tan/Shuttered Eye quests

I have two problems Ardoris/Min Liang Tan/Shuttered Eye quests:

Problem 1:
Title: "Enter the Tower of the Shuttered Eye" (as it's written in journal)
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? Y
Details: Quest step says to meet Min at the Tower. I entered, went upstairs to talk to him, I did, he attacked, I killed him, killed everything else in the tower, and looted it all, quest step doesn't advance after exiting Tower. Still says in journal "Enter the Tower of the Shuttered Eye"
Steps to Reproduce: Enter tower, talk to Min, kill Min, nothing happens
User Specs: Windows 10, latest update, i5, 16G RAM, Geforce 960

Problem 2:
Title: "Speak with Min Liang Tan" (as it's written in journal)
Reproduction Rate: 100%
Blocker? Y
Details: Quest step says to talk to Min, but he's not in Ardoris, his assistant told to find him at the Tower. I talked to him in the Tower, but he attacks, I kill him, and quest won't advance.
User Specs: Windows 10, latest update, i5, 16G RAM, Geforce 960
