Progress bar flickers during crafting

    Title:progress bar flickers during crafting

    Details: While crafting an item, the yellow progress bar flickers at the bottom and top noticably. This was verified with other guildmates. Definitely happening in windowed mode, fullscreen mode unconfirmed.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use a crafting station. Craft anything, watch the progress bar.

    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-5820K CPU @ 3.30GHz (12) System RAM: 24476

    Hard to get a screenshot showing what's happening, but it's pretty obvious on screen. It's really horrible on the eye, hopefully an easy fix.
