Title: PRT_forest_metropolis_02 - Lot Placement Bugs

Details: On template PRT_forest_metropolis_02 there is TWO lot errors as described below.
Steps to Reproduce:

TOWN LOT BUG:

1. Look south -west at Area: Fons Vita (PRT_forest_metropolis_02) Loc: (99.6, 44.5, 37.9)
2. Press "Ping Lot Signs" key (it should be P Key by default)
3. Town lot sign is on front of you. You are not able to select it nor highlight it. This town lot colide with town lot located at Area: Fons Vita (PRT_forest_metropolis_02) Loc: (91.1, 44.5, 16.5). It looks more or less like this.

VILLAGE LOT BUG:

1. Look east at Area: Fons Vita (PRT_forest_metropolis_02) Loc: (32.2, 44.5, 102.1)
2. Press "Ping Lot Signs" key (it should be P Key by default)
   
3. Village lot sign is on front of you. You are not able to select it nor highlight it. This village lot colide with castle lot. It looks more or less like this.

I didn't check it yet, but you probably want to fix both bugs on other towns that share same template:

• Goti
• Northwood
• Brookside
• Axwich
• Dorwald
• Fons Vita
• Neufeld
• Bakkevoll
• New Holtrot (clone scene, so coords will be diffrent)

Here , here and here you have some empty flattened area to place them.
