Psychedelic Lava -- This has to be related to 513 patch?

Steps to Reproduce:

a. Area: Novia (Novia) Loc: (-23.4, 16.5, -43.9)

b. Observe: Lava is Psychedelic (Update: This is very animated and looks terrible, I'm not epileptic but stuff like this is has been known to create seizures...)

c. Comment: This and the last few bugs that I found have to be related to the 513 patch, they weren’t there this morning.

Update: Still present in Update 521.



User Specs:

Ryzen 1600 w/Geforce 970, Windows 10, 16 GB RAM, SotA QA Win 64 Release 512-521.

If you haven't had a chance to look at this bug, PLEASE DO. This is really a terrible eye-sore and my better half pointed out that this might cause seizures in epileptics (I'm really not sure, don't know much about what causes these...) There isn't anything necessary to reproduce here, it's just there. I've updated the original submission with more detail.
