1. All post bodies concerning Shroud of the Avatar player to player transactions or services are limited to this section of the forums. Unwanted solicitation in other sections of the forums or via chat or private message is prohibited, and could result in account restriction or ban. Posting more than once per week within your own thread, "bumping" it to keep it on top, bumping within a week of the first post, and daily replacing a post with a new one is also considered spam and is therefore, prohibited. Bumping is allowed once per week, if the new post contains information that is meaningful to the original thread (i.e. price updates).

    Activities that involve real money exchanges between players are not allowed. Account transfers are not supported. Items purchased in the SotA Store, such as Pledge and Bundle Rewards, Add-Ons, Stretch-Goal items, and Player Owned Towns, as well as services that can be immediately fulfilled in-game (such as renting existing in-game property or items) are the only permitted exchanges in the Player Marketplace.

    We will not restrict exchange of goods but we will not officially endorse these exchanges due to liability issues and staffing bandwidth. No in-game or chat based real money exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are at the players own risk and governed by the Terms of Service of whatever third party platform. Catnip Games reserves the right to restrict any activities if they cause widespread issues for our community or if these activities involve exploits of any kind.

    I have free rooms available at my inn in Finchfield. I will be forgoing rent at the Twilight Inn through the end of 2018. Finchfield is located south of Brittany Estates along the river. We have two sets of expert crafting stations and six shrines(Spirituality, Sacrifice, Truth, Love, Compassion, Honor).

    To get to the Twilight Inn after zoning in to the town move south past the shrines until you come to the bridge. Cross the bridge and go to the end of the lane. The inn will be on the right. You can pm me in the forums or whisper /Absolum ingame. There is a second inn inside the town walls that our guild leader can help you with if you would rather be in the town(whisper /Ariella ingame). We can also accommodate guilds that do not have their own city.

    I have a greenhouse set up for those who want to try agriculture for themselves. Space will be limited until I know how many people will need to set up a planter.

    The shrines are a big help to players new and old. The downside is we are almost always under siege.

    After the rent free period ends the rent will go up. The lot rent for a row house is 500 gold per day. I plan to charge 300 gold per day for guild members and 350 for non-members. If the changes posted about Lot deeds come about, you could probably purchase a deed for about $85 from the add-on store or try to win one in the lottery. I'm afraid that there is no real inexpensive way to place storage chests for the treasure you will collect.
