Public Garden town building - small change/adjustments if possible

There is a milling station inside the greenhouse, It would be awesome if you could pick which station was in there(drop down menu), or "upgrade" the station with a expert or benefactor one. If you did upgrade it, it would "lock" to that station only, and no more being able to rotate choices.

Secondly, there is a water trough on the outside by the door, why cant we use that as a water source? I know its not a well, so no "unlimited" buckets, but say 60 bucket capacity - which is the amount of flower bed space available there, and the trough regenerates 20 a hour up to the max of 60. This lets you water everything there.

 

Same issue with a few of the other NPC buildings. They need to be more open for change than just basic tables
