Public Lamp placement on lot stone eavesments.

Please allow PoT owners to place streetlamps on the front easements of lots. As shown below, when we attempt to build streets within our towns, the streetlamps sit approx. 3ft off the front fencing of a lot due to the 3ft easement that provides space for the Lot Marker.

A prefered possible fix would be to eliminate the easement completely except a 3ft by 3ft square infront of the lot for the marker and leave the area to the left and right of the lot marker available.
