Pugilism Skill gains Skillpoints wrong

    Title: Pugilism Skill gains Skillpoints wrong

    Details: I have recently unlocked Pugilism. I am only fighting with my mace and shield at the moment - nevertheless the skill gains XP. I know that the text states, that it will gain xp when a corresponding skill is used too - but as a red skill it should only gain skillpoints while being used.
    Steps to Reproduce: GEt the Pugilism Skill. Equip Weapons - Hit something.
