Pumpkinhead quest not clearing until leaving Central Brittany

    Title: Pumpkinhead quest not clearing until leaving Central Brittany
    Reproduction Rate: Uncertain, a few people had the same issue
    Blocker? No
    Details: After killing Pumpkinhead and reporting it to both Ronin and Kinga, the quest does not complete in journal until zone is left.
    Steps to Reproduce: Accept quest from Ronin, kill Pumpkinhead, return to Ronin, then talk to Kinga. Note the quest does not check off.
