    Title: Pumpkinhead random map encounter still active

    Details: Ran into a traveler on the Overworld map, who brought me into the Pumpkinhead random encounter, where I accidentally killed the traveler in the crossfire.
    Steps to Reproduce: Random encounter from overworld at this loc: (Novia) (349.6, 19.6, 165.5)

    @Echondas, the encounter should be there year round, it should just only have henchmen right now

    Pumpkinhead does not spawn in that encounter. If he does, then that would be a bug.

    As long as Pumpkin Head isn't spawning, it's working correctly. His minions are still available, but Pumpkin Head himself is on vacation for the next few months.
