Purchase order notifications can't be opened

    Title: Purchase order notifications can't be opened

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details: When purchase orders are filled, you get a notification in your mailbox. When I double click the notification, it turns gray, can't open it and can't see who filled the purchase order

    Steps to Reproduce: Double click filled purchase order notification. Nothing happens. Can't mouse over to find out who filled the order

    OS: Windows 7 (6.1.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 8149
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB GPU RAM: 6036

    UPDATE: I was told that when you double-click a PO notification, it puts it in your backpack. This is true. And I was able to see who filled my PO that way. But I thought you could see who filled the order without removing the notification from your mailbox.
