Purchased Prosperity Tools not Available in Single-Player

    Details:

    I decided to create an offline/single player character and play around there. I created the character, went to the bank, clicked the Claim Items button to get my add on store purchases. I only received 8 Prosperity Tools (from housing Bundles ). The original Prosperity Tools that I purchased way back in 2015 are no where to be found. Are they lost? Can I get them?

    Steps to Reproduce: Created Single Player game, went to bank, claimed rewards. Only received Prosperity Tools for Bundles...not my original 14 Prosperity Tools purchased in the Add On Store in 2015.
