Q&A game keeps crashing at rift

This is very disappointing. If I were a new player I would be giving this game a heave ho. I went to the Q&Q server to try some things out creating a new character there. The first 2 crashes were at the mirror. Following the path up I clicked on the rift expecting to be whisked away. Instead my system crashed. I relog in and try resume only to crash again and again. Really?
If this is what we will be up against after wipe I will be extremely disappointed.
