QA903 - cannot place angled greenhouse on empty row

    Details: i took down a pre-existing one to redo and cannot redo. i tried moving the stone to an area with nothing around it, in the middle of a large flat area. they're not resizeable, and weren't before, but the one i have on live fit perfectly.

    i stepped onto town land and was able to place it as pot deco mostly over the lot, which may or may not be related but is also wrong.
