Quest HUD not "hiding" permanently

    Title: Quest HUD not "hiding" permanently

    Details:
    - I have two quests which I have completed which still show in both my Journal and in my Quest HUD.
    --- As an aside, these two quests (which I have completed) also show in the "completed tasks" portion of my Journal. [I mention this in case this is tied into the issue.]
    - When I log in I can right click on these quests and "hide" them.
    - But they show up again in the HUD the next time I log in.

    Steps to Reproduce: If you have tasks on your HUD, right click them to hide them; log out and then back in

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz (8) System RAM: 16298
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2007
