Quest icon on compass with up arrow

    I noticed that when I reached the destination for one of my quests the blue quest icon on the compass had a moving up arrow. I'm thinking it means "around this general area" because the item for the quest dropped on a mob, but not right at that spot. Do I have it right?

    It means it is at a higher elevation than you are.

    There was a tree and a wagon there. Maybe I had to chop the tree down to get at it. I'll try again.

    It might be bugged? There seem to be a lot of issues with the sparklies/POIs.

    I couldnt test further because the quest item dropped and I delivered it. I remember there being 2 sparkle POI for the quest though. Unfortunately I dont have enough information to file a bug report.
