    Title: Quest reward POT row lot deed can be destroyed

    Blocker? Yes
    Details: A player can accidentally destroy the quest reward row lot deed - speaking to the Oracle again does not grant a replacement - or at least none of the keywords I tried resulted in such.
    Steps to Reproduce:Speak to the Oracle in R55 after having already finished the main questline - get your deed - destroy the deed.
