Quest: The Lord must fall. Does not clear.

    Title:Quest: The Lord must fall.
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: Quest does not clear but seems to be complete. The Lord is still blue sparkles after getting the quest done in the path of truth. Talk to Lord Drumplemouth and seems to still have something to say about Phineas, yet when clicked, no response from NPC Lord.

    Also honorable mentions: 12 raw cotton does not seem to clear and the guard(Vivienne) on the key quest has a highlighted word 'Free' that when clicked shows the the free lots available.
