QUEST - Travel to Estgard - not clearing.

    I completed this quest a long time ago and noticed it was still showing on my compass as active, so while I was in Estgard recently on other business I spoke to Aklir Vikison but he refused to clear the quest from my compass because I no longer have the correct "papers".
