Question: Arrow and Apple

Just curious... Where does the "Arrow and Apple" item come from?

I've seen it in game. I have searched for it only, but can on'y find it on sales data sites.

 

it's an oddity, I can't remember where I found it, but it's not deco placeable.

 

if I remember correctly, orphanage in brit alleys. it was stuck in the side of a crate. might not be the only location for it though.

I'd love to see this as a deco item.

I did manage to find the orphanage (with much searching). But I was snot able to find a crate, nor an Arrow and Apple. Any other ideas?
